1 Definitions & Interpretation

In this terms and conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the mikey888 website accessible at https://mikey888.onl and all services available on it.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who registers and uses an account on the mikey888 platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a player for the purpose of accessing mikey888 services.
• "Withdrawable Balance" refers to the cash in the account that is eligible for withdrawal once all conditions have been met.
• "Wagering" or "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times the bonus value must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.
• "Terms" refers to this entire terms and conditions document together with any updates or amendments made from time to time.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Use of the mikey888 platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Have valid legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be subject to any legal prohibition or court order that prevents participation in betting activities.
• Not have been designated as a problem gambler or currently enrolled in a self-exclusion programme through any platform.

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the mikey888 platform. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual is considered a serious violation of these terms.

3 Player Account

During the registration process, players are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. mikey888 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including but not limited to:

• A copy of the national identity card (MyKad) or a valid travel document.
• Proof of current residential address issued not more than three months ago.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

Players are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account username and password. mikey888 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's own negligence.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

mikey888 accepts the following payment methods for all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• Online banking via FPX (including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and others)
• ShopeePay
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC, ETH

The minimum deposit per transaction is RM10 for all payment methods. The minimum withdrawal is RM100 per transaction.

Withdrawal processing time is between 5 and 30 minutes after the request is approved. mikey888 does not charge any processing fees for standard transactions, however the payment provider may apply their own charges.

mikey888 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or that violates the platform's anti-money laundering (AML) policy.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

mikey888 offers various promotional programmes to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, and failure to comply with those terms may result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus.

Regarding the Welcome Bonus: mikey888 offers a 100% first deposit match bonus of up to RM500. The applicable wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount received before the bonus balance can be withdrawn.

General rules that apply to all mikey888 bonuses and promotions are as follows:

• Only one welcome bonus is allowed per player, account, IP address, device or household.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between players or converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirement.
• mikey888 reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including arbitrage or bet coordination, is prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all bonuses and account termination.

The mikey888 VIP programme offers four membership tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum — each providing a different weekly cashback rate. Players move to higher tiers based on their level of engagement and activity on the platform.

6 Game Rules

All games available on the mikey888 platform, including slots, live casino, sports betting and mix parlay, are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or through internationally recognised licensed software providers.

Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing bets. mikey888 is not responsible for any losses arising from a player's failure to understand game mechanics.

• Completed game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, mikey888 will handle the case based on valid system records.
• Bets placed during a network outage or connection issue are entirely the player's responsibility.

7 Fair Use

Players are prohibited from engaging in any activity considered unfair use or fraud, including:

• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once.
• Using automation software, bots or other tools to influence game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate betting results.
• Any form of money laundering through the mikey888 platform.
• Using false personal information or another person's details during registration or identity verification.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, mikey888 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses suffered by players as a result of betting activity on the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical issues or factors beyond mikey888's control.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's negligence in managing their login credentials.
• Inaccurate information provided by the player during the registration or verification process.

mikey888's maximum liability to any player for any claim is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

9 Account Termination

Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting the mikey888 support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time after all pending transactions have been settled.

mikey888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any terms and conditions contained in this document.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to comply with identity verification requests within the specified time frame.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or law enforcement bodies.

10 Amendment of Terms

mikey888 reserves the right to modify, add to or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments made will be posted on this page with a clear effective date.

Continued use of the mikey888 platform after the effective date of any amendment will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. Players are encouraged to check this page regularly to ensure they are always aware of the latest version of the terms.

11 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

mikey888 operates under a recognised international licence. The platform complies with the laws and regulations set by the relevant licensing authority.

Any dispute arising between a player and mikey888 should first be resolved through our customer support channel. The mikey888 support team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is available to assist in Malay and English.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within a reasonable time, it may be referred to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body recognised by our licensing authority for a final decision.

In the event of any discrepancy between the Malay version and the English version of this document, the English version shall take precedence for legal interpretation purposes.
